Attend the PTSA meetings to keep up to date about the consolidation to one middle school in the fall of 2007. There is no meeting in February. The next meeting is Monday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Keller Middle School

As of October 2006, Keller has 212 sixth graders, 184 seventh graders, and 224 eighth graders, bringing our total enrollment to 620 students.

Final day for Keller Middle School students is Tuesday, June 12. Middle schools will end one day earlier than the rest of the district in preparation for the move to the new Royal Oak Middle School.

The Royal Oak Middle School Transition Team is up and running! Visit their Web site to keep up with their progress. Submit all your questions or comments directly to the Web site or put them in the jars found in the main office.

All Keller kids will be in high school eventually, and parents and students should be aware of changes to testing and curriculum beginning this year. Click here to learn more.

The mission of the Royal Oak Helen Keller Middle School is to provide a challenging, integrated curriculum and a safe, supportive environment where all students can become successful, responsible learners.
